💍 Returns
Since all our jewellery and art items are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
Returns are only accepted in the case of defective, or wrong items received.
🔁 Exchanges
If you receive a incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A photo or video of the wrong item
Once approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement for the same product.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging for exchange eligibility.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll send out the replacement or provide store credit (if applicable).
⚠️ Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for:
Customized or personalized jewellery
Items purchased on sale or during special offers
Used or damaged items due to customer handling
