Yes! Every jewellery piece at Deepali Creations is handmade with love and care. Each item is unique and may have slight variations — that’s what makes it special.

We create a wide range of handcrafted jewellery, including beaded jewellery, fabric jewellery, painted jewellery, bracelets, and mangalsutras. Each design is made with attention to detail and a touch of creativity.

 

3. 📦 How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days.

 

Delivery takes around 5–10 business days depending on your location.

 

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through secure payment gateways. Your payment details are always safe with us.

Since all our products are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns.

However, if your item arrives  incorrect, we’ll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Customized or personalized jewellery orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once confirmed.

 

A small advance payment may be required for custom designs.

 

8. 📦 Cancellation Policy

 

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

 

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
